Aedes - One Mosquito Species, A Few Serious Diseases

Background: Aedes mosquitoes have a high vectorial capacity for the dengue virus, chikungunya virus, Zika virus and yellow fever virus akin to their wide spread, behavior, habitats and adoptability. Methods: A PubMed search was performed on all articles with the key word “Dengue, Zika, Chikungunya and Yellow fever, Aedes” in the title and “management” in the abstract.
