The Inhibition of Serum Cholinesterases by Cannabis sativa and/or Tramadol
Abstract
We aimed to compare serum Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and Butyrylcholinersae (BChE) in rats treated with Cannabis sativa resin, tramadol or both. The extract of Cannabis sativa was obtained from the dried resin of the plant by chloroform treatment.
