The Crosstalk between Dietary Constituents and Immunity: A Preventive Approach to Fight against Viral Diseases Like COVID-19

Abstract: As till now there is no specific preventive and curative medicine available to treat against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the best weapon to fight against this highly contagious disease is to boost our immune system. There are two paths of the immune system in our body, the innate and adaptive immune axis working 24/7 with their specialized sentinels capable of orchestrating responses against invading agents.
